ALLEN REALTORS® TO HOST HOME-BUYING SEMINARS
ALLEN Realtors® will be conducting free Home Buying Seminars for the public on Tuesday, March 9, at 7 pm and Sunday, March 14, at 1 pm at their office in Lakewood.
“The overall economy and the real estate market in particular have created a lot of questions for Buyers,” said Mike Larson, ALLEN Realtors® president and designated broker. “But it could be argued that if you’re a buyer, particularly a first-time buyer, now is the time to get off the sidelines. We feel there’s some real opportunity out there,” he said.
Larson said that high inventory levels, historically low interest rates and prices, and tax incentives all combine to make the market for buyer’s very attractive.
The seminars will include segments on the local real estate market, the Home Search Process, the Buying Process, and Financing.
